프놈펜] 육포거리 2017-08-01 13:09:21 St. 244와 St. 19가 만나는 곳에 있는 육포거리. 정식 명칭이 육포거리는 아니고 그냥 내가 붙인 이름이다. 구글스트리트뷰로도 확인이 되는데, 약 7~9개 정도의 육포 상점이 있다. 낮동안 육포를 뜨거운 햇볕아래에 말린다. 얇게 펴서 건조하는 건 아니고 두툼한 고기를 그냥 말리는 것 같다. 이렇게 말려진 육포는 다시 숯불에 구운 다음, 고기 다지는 망치로 두드려 얇게 피거나, 잘게 만들어서 포장판매 또는 현장에서 술안주로 판매한다. 오토바이를 수리하느라 잠깐 서 있었던 5분여간 4 대의 차가 갈 길을 멈추고 포장을 해 갔다. 보통은 오후 5시가 되면 맥주와 함께 육포가 판매된다. 캄보디아의 퇴근 시간은 일터에 따라 다르지만 4시반에서 6시 사이에 퇴근을 한다. .. 2023. 8. 4.
